Prices are per apartment, are approximate and may vary.

Very low, low and mid season we rent, subject to availability, even at night (minimum 2 nights).

EXTRA CHARGES: Final cleaning (€ 10,00 per person in total in house Santa Lucia, € 30.00 in total for the apartment Melograno, € 40.00 in total for apartments Alloro and La  Capanna  and € 50.00 for apartment La Corte) Touristic taxes: € 1.00 per person per night (children under 12 do not pay).

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols, Water, Electricity, Gas, Weekly change of linen (bedroom and bathroom), Use of laundry room, cot / crib (on request subject to availability), Wireless Internet access, Barbecue, TV, Outdoor parking.

PAYMENT SERVICES ON REQUEST:

Heating (in house Capanne the price is upon use and is € 5.00 per cubic meter, firewood for fireplace / stove (€ 2,50 per box), Weekly cleaning (15.00 € per person to be agreed previously ), Extra bed (for children under 12 years € 10.00 per day), Pets welcome (small dogs only in house Capanne, educated and monitored with mandatory leash outside, final cleaning extra charge € 30.00 ), air conditioning (hot and cold, is only available in house Capanne and the price is upon use: € 0.80 per kw), living room in house Capanne on request (for a fee, the price to be agreed and in case of reservation the whole structure).

When guests arrive we ask for a cash deposit of € 250.00 per apartment, which is returned upon departure after checking for any damage in the apartment.
